You have a statutory period of 14 calendar days from the exact date of delivery to request a return for your item. Once this 14-day window has expired, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund, credit, or product exchange.

  • Sealed Packaging: The item must be completely unopened, with the original manufacturing seal, outer wrapping, and safety labels entirely intact.
  • Unused Condition: Because we process and supply consumable food products, any opened, tampered, or partially used food packs cannot be returned or refunded under any circumstances due to contamination risks.
  • Proof of Purchase: You must explicitly provide your official order number, digital invoice, or retail receipt to validate your transaction before a return can be processed.

To start your return process, please follow our streamlined customer support steps below:

4. Return Shipping Costs

In accordance with standard UK commercial practices, all return shipping costs are paid entirely by the customer. Initial shipping fees are non-refundable.

We highly recommend utilizing a tracked postal service or purchasing shipping insurance. Borrnerafoods UK Limited does not guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot process refunds for items lost or damaged in transit back to our facility.

Once your returned food package is successfully delivered to our facility, our quality control team will inspect the physical seal and state of the item. We will immediately notify you via email that we have received your returned parcel.
Following the physical inspection, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund request:

  • If Approved: Your refund will be formally processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original credit card or initial method of electronic payment within standard banking processing cycles.
  • If Rejected: If the product is found to be opened, unsealed, or damaged in any way, the refund will be denied, and the item will be held or sent back to you at your expense.
